This class, taught at 35 °C, will leave you feeling completely balanced. Designed to build an awareness of alignment and breath, and teach you the key postures within yoga, you will build a strong foundation for your practice.
This is what our yoga is all about – a dynamic class with challenging postures taught at 32°C. This sequence will get you superfit, superfast. You will build strength and stamina, and focus on a steady breath and calm mind throughout the practice.
The next step for our Power class! This sequence is designed to give you the same challenge with an added focus on the core, helping you to keep your body tall, straight and strong. Our room is heated to 32°C.
Our only class off the mat, open to anyone interested in exploring and expanding his range of movement. All you need is a curious mind and body. This is a creative, dynamic and fun class. You will be working on playful movements complementary to your yoga, improving balance, strength and breathing.
Our most peaceful class yet. Time for you to totally detach from your day, and let yourself be taken on a guided meditation through your body and mind. In one class gain the same benefit as four hours of sleep.
A great class for everybody! These classes change constantly, targeting different muscle groups and areas of the body each time. After this class you will feel recharged and ready to go.
A deeply relaxing class at 25°C, perfect for everyone from the athletes looking to stretch, to those of us that just need to unwind. Through slow and gentle movements you will hold the poses for longer than in our other classes, allowing your body and mind to become totally calm.
This class connects movements of the body with your breathing. The slower pace allows time to focus attention on alignment of the body throughout the class, but still works deeply into the body and mind to bring focus and calm.
As with our Flow Slow class, this practice is guided firstly by your breathing, however this class covers more dynamic poses to fully challenge your body, and, of course, your mind. As with all of our classes, we want you to feel physically and mentally refreshed as you step away from the mat.
This class is designed to give you a taste of everything we love about yoga – a little bit more than Flow Slow, but not as much as Super Flow, with just the right heat. Like our other Flow classes, Hot Flow will connect your breathing and movements as one, and help you move into a calmer, quieter mind.
