HOT

This is a hot yoga sequence unlike any you have done before. Taught in a 38 °C room this class offers you the ultimate benefits of high temperature yoga, a series of challenging poses, and an overall great workout. The heat allows you to safely flex your body further than you would normally do. A great class for everybody looking to get toned and fully charged!

POWER

This is what our yoga is all about; a dynamic, fast-paced class full of challenging positions, both static and moving, at 32°C. This complete workout gets you superfit, superfast. You will build strength and stamina, whilst maintaining a steady breath and calm mind throughout the practice.

POWER CORE

If you have ever taken our Power class some poses will feel familiar. This class is the next level! We added even more challenging poses to mobilize and stabilize your core. You will gain strength and stamina to the muscles keeping your body tall, straight and strong. Our room is heated to 32 degrees.

MOVE

Using the entire space, not just your mat; blocks, stretch bands and the Swedish bars will help you increase your mobility. Various exercises, drawing from a mix of gymnastics, yoga and martial arts form a playful and challenging class. Get ready to get strong by using your full range of movement.

BROGA

A great class for everybody, Broga was originally designed for the male anatomy. Incorporating the best of fitness and yoga, Broga targets specific muscle groups; back, core, legs and upper body. Supported by an upbeat playlist you will increase your strength and muscle tone. Athletes practice Broga to improve their overall stability and flexibility.

FLEX

A relaxing class at 25°, perfect for athletes looking to stretch, or anyone looking to blow off steam. Slow, gentle movements, flowing from one posture to another, allowing your body to completely relax.

FLOW

A series of movement. Step by step we will build a dynamic sequence of poses into a flow, bringing you focus and relaxation. Every class has a different accent to it. Get into the motion and go with the flow!

Personal Training

Want to get stronger, faster? Or looking for a customized, guided, yoga practice? Yogaground offers personal training packs to meet your needs.

Working with our trainer, individually or as a duo, you will be directed to improve your skills, gain more strength and do a lot more yoga. Our personal training pack comes in two sizes; one training session a week including unlimited minutes, or two sessions a week including unlimited minutes. You can buy it by the month.

Want to join one of our classes? Check our schedule, pick a class and date you like and drop us an email indicating those at hey@yogaground.nl. We will get back to you to confirm your first class. On your selected date and time, come in 15 minutes before your class starts and buy a drop in class or 7 day trial. Now you’re ready to sweat! This is what to expect This is what to expect.

this is how it all works at Yogaground. Make the most of your class by following these practical tips. See you on the mat!

Be sure to drink enough during the day, so you don’t need water while you are on the mat. Treat yourself to a refreshing drink after class.
Our yoga room is heated during several of our classes, speeding up your metabolism and warming up your muscles. You will reap more benefits from your class.
We recommend not eating 2 hours prior to your class. Feeling hungry? Take something light, like fruit.
If you come in 15 minutes before class you can start up nice and slow.
Yoga is done barefoot, leave your shoes at the door.
Store your phone in your locker. You don’t need it in the yoga room or changing area.
Bring a towel to put over your yoga mat. We rent and sell them too.
Bring your own mat. We have them as well, just in case.
