This is what our yoga is all about; a dynamic, fast-paced class full of challenging positions, both static and moving, at 32°C. This complete workout gets you superfit, superfast. You will build strength and stamina, whilst maintaining a steady breath and calm mind throughout the practice.
If you have ever taken our Power class some poses will feel familiar. This class is the next level! We added even more challenging poses to mobilize and stabilize your core. You will gain strength and stamina to the muscles keeping your body tall, straight and strong. Our room is heated to 32 degrees.
Using the entire space, not just your mat; blocks, stretch bands and the Swedish bars will help you increase your mobility. Various exercises, drawing from a mix of gymnastics, yoga and martial arts form a playful and challenging class. Get ready to get strong by using your full range of movement.
A great class for everybody, Broga was originally designed for the male anatomy. Incorporating the best of fitness and yoga, Broga targets specific muscle groups; back, core, legs and upper body. Supported by an upbeat playlist you will increase your strength and muscle tone. Athletes practice Broga to improve their overall stability and flexibility.
A relaxing class at 25°, perfect for athletes looking to stretch, or anyone looking to blow off steam. Slow, gentle movements, flowing from one posture to another, allowing your body to completely relax.
